Legal Regulation of Transplantation

Together with Dr Kathleen Liddell from the Faculty of Law at the University of Cambridge and Dr Matthew Dyson at the University of Oxford, we are exploring the legal regulation of transplantation. Two main themes currently being explored are the legal framework applicable to transplantation of suboptimal organs and pre-mortem interventions in donation after circulatory death.
